Annual Extinguisher/E Light Inspection All system deficiencies MUST be discussed with the MOD prior to leaving the location! IVR Process: Please call Service Channel at 516-500-7776 or use the mobile Service Channel GPS app. Use Pin # 1388023 and the PO # above on Work Order to Check In and Out. Call 833-675-4305 before leaving location if any deficiencies are found. Pictures of deficiencies are required for payment. All jobs must be scheduled directly with the Restaurant/Manager on Duty or Managing Partner. The Manager on Duty must sign the bottom of the work order and your Technician must utilize the IVR to check in and out for this work to be considered complete. Once complete, send the completed work order and invoice to century360@centuryfp.com for processing. Completed inspection forms are required for Emergency Lights and Extinguishers. If you do not currently use an inspection form for these services please call and request one from your Program Manager prior to completing the
